How far in advance do i need to book?Depending on availability, we can collect and delivery on the same day. If this is not possible then we will collect and delivery the following day. You can also book in advance to make sure we are available for whatever day you require.

How do payments work?You will be sent an Invoice via email. You will then be able to pay that invoice either by Cash on Collection or via Bank Transfer.

How do I know when my delivery will arrive?Our vehicles are fitted with trackers so we know exactly where they are and what time they are due to arrive. We will update you if the ETA changes,. However, you can always give us a call for updates on the journey.

What if my goods get damaged?All our vans have Hire & Reward Insurance and Goods in Transit Insurance meaning your goods are covered at all times when in our hands.

Is there any discount available if my delivery is not urgent?Yes! If you have a delivery which is not urgent we can offer a discounted price as this will give us time to co-load the van. This gives us the opportunity to offer you a discounted price in exchange for more days to delivery the parcel.

Do you offer an overnight service?Yes! We operate around the clock. For Example: If you have a urgent delivery which needs to be in Edinburgh for 9AM. Then we will drive throughout the night to make sure your delivery arrives there on time. However urgent journeys like this may come at a higher premium.

Can i add a stop to my delivery?Yes! You can add multiple stops along the way. To add any stops give us a call to discuss the route as this may affect the price from the initial quote.

I need regular delivery's from one place to another. Do you offer this service?Yes! We can provide regular routes daily/weekly. Give us a call to discuss any service you may need.

Do you always get a signature on delivery?Yes! We require a POD to be signed for at every delivery confirming the delivery and the condition of the goods.
